Hello Friends!!. My name is Joel de Souza and I decided to launch this blog to write about the various homes available for sale or rent in Goa.
Realestate and property prices have been on the decline in most parts of the world, but in Goa the drop has not been so much. This is probably because Goa being a small state and land being finite, there is very little settlement areas available in Goa.
However there are lots of apartments and Villas available in Goa of different qualities, so I decided to learn about them and write about the facts available. Hence this blog.
